Default B Series motors crucial check.

Go out and double check the screw that holds the distributor rotor on. These have a tendancy to loosen up, causing the rotor to rotate on the shaft. This can cause rough running, misfire, and other problems. Just go check it, remove it if necessary, and always use loctite blue on it.
