hi mate Wat u saying is take a wire + from the battery and make a manual switch and connect the wire from the vtec switch it on when I'm driving does it mater wot speed I'm doing cheers

if the vtec kicks in then its an electrical problem if it dont kick in then its a mechanical problem

yes and just switch it on at about 4-5k rpm's and you will feel it kick in...

hi mate thank you for your help and advice i done Wat you said and the vtec started to work and then i disconnected it and it still is working abit funny but atleast its working cheers again

sorry about that mate im new on this so tell u the truth i didn't know how about the civic lip they normally come vtis my shape
