Default Block drain plug - 88 D15B2

where is the block drain plug on a 88 honda civic (D15B2 engine - 1.5 liter).
i have the head off and there is a big bolt about 5 inches to the left of the oil dipstick tube - is that it??
i think it takes a 3/4 inch wrench (socket)

Yes that's it. It can be stuck or corroded after all those years so I wouldn't unscrew it unless really really necessary.

If it won't budge, just use a wet/dry vacuum to clean the block out.
