Blower motor question
Hey guys...here's the problem: My blower motor does not work. I have checked the resistor and it is fine. All fuses and the relay underhood are fine. I tried to see if there's voltage getting to the resistor and found that there isn't any. Now could someone tell me which wire leaving the resistor is actually going to the blower motor? I'm about to just jump 12v to that wire and run it to a switch as a band aid so that I can have A/C...
wooooooo .. hold your horses.. no need to play around with the resistor it has nothing to do with it
on the blower motor there is a connector with 2 wires going to it ..a white/blue and a blue/black
chk to see if you get power with the key on at the white/blue
and ground at the blue/black
if you get both you got a bad motor
if you don't it could be the wiring or the heater fan switch ..
try a quick test put the key on and smack the motor with your hand from underneath ,, if it comes on you got a bad motor

Damnit! I hit the damn motor and it started working...so you're saying I need to replace the motor than? Could this be something servicable? Like brushes that need to be replaced?
