Default Bouncy ride?

Just recently noticed that my civic became really bouncy when driving over small bumps/humps on the road. When going over even small bumps you can feel it. But on the highway and newly done roads it's perfectly fine.. Any ideas on what it would be? Thanks

Yea, your shocks/struts are bad. Are you driving lowered on stock shocks?

I am doing the same thing, sorry for the late response, I didn't want to open up a new thread for this but, when I'm taking my car out for a drive sometimes I hear a grinding sound similar to bottoming out. I'm guessing it may be my bumper rubbing because my car is giving and leaning so much. Could it also be my tires rubbing my wheel well?
