Brake lights won't work
it could be a bad ground or somthing like that, so what you want to do, is..where you took the light bulb out, get a volt tester and put the positve end in the light bulb socket and the other grounded and turn on the lights, if the volt tester shows that your getting power, then its your ground, if it shows that your not getting power, then go from there and your gunna have to cheak the wiring, also, if its not the gound, then cheak with the volt meter to see if there is power going through the fuse
Could it be the brake light switch stuck in open opsition? The switch is located on a bracket aft of brake pedal. Push the pedal by hand and see if the switch's plunger is moving or not.
