Breaking into Own Car

Breaking into Own Car
Well it happened once again. I locked my keys in the Honda Civic.
I have a 1983 civic hatchback.
How do I get in without breaking a window out?
I tried the coat hanger but no luck so far. I stuck it between the window and door frame but cannot seem to find anything.
Where do I stick it and what do I pull on?
Please no sarcasm, teasing, or name calling. Thanks.
The extra set of keys is in the glove box so if I lost my keys when away from home I would have a spare. 2 keys both inside car. yep.
Joe.

RE: Breaking into Own Car
First, put spare keys, in your house or under your car.
If you go with under the car, then only put a key that unlocks the doors, rather than one that starts the car.
You're on the right track to getting in your car.
Power locks? or tabs next to the handles? posts?
what type of locks?

you need to use a wedge (door stop, ice scraper wrapped in a wash cloth or something similar so you don't mess up thepaint)to prop the door open just enough to slip a hanger in there
then use the hanger to pull or push the tab to unlock the door.
I used to work for enterprise rent a car and we had to do this daily
