What you want to do is get a reversed drill bit (yes, you heard me right). Slap it in a power drill and literall drill through the center of the bolt. The bit will eventually catch and come right out.

is it on the right of the stud that is shown, or that stud itself.
if you can get a hold of it - use vice grips

or get a screw out bit from craftsman or at autozone, u drill a hole and stick it in, and twist it back and it will grab and pull it out
