A/C idler pulley tensioner location

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the a/c tensioner on a 94 civic hatch dx so I can remove the belt. I've been searching online and all of them have the idler pulley above, not below. They say there is a tensioner bolt looking down near the compressor and engine, but I cannot find it or know if I have one. I took a few pictures of it from the top and bottom. If anyone could point out what I need to do, that would be awesome. Thanks

What you have is not stock, it is a homemade setup. Thus you are on your own with it.

The rusty steel welded thing is a custom adapter plate. The compressor is not the stock type.

It looks sort of like a spring-loaded tensioner common on American cars. Maybe just loosen the bolt that holds it to the rusty adapter plate?

Thanks for your quick reply MK. Are you talking about that giant bolt holding it to the pulley adapter? Turns out the compressor is made by Tama Mfg.

Yeah that's what I'd try, though I haven't seen a tensioner exactly like that. It looks good for a homebrew job but the design is kind of wonky. Since the engine rotates counterclockwise, the tensioner is on the taut side of the belt, which usually isn't a good idea.
