I am trying to figure out if I can use some 195/65R15 snow tires on an 08 Civic LX sedan. The car currently has 205/55R16 tires on it. I know I would have to purchase a set of 15 inch rims to put the tires on. The outside tire diameter is very close so I would have minimal speedometer error. My questions are:

Will a 15 inch rim fit over the brake assembly on a LX?

What backspacing should the rim have?

What is the bolt pattern on the 08 Civic LX?

Finally I was not planning on purchasing another set of tire pressure sensors. Is there a way to turn off the warning light?

Any advise you can give would be greatly appreciated.
