I'm guessing you found a Y7 block? I would consider cleaning out any sludge you may find in the oilpan before you put it in. Find a minime writeup and read the whole thing.

yea it can be done theres nothin to it realli just changing the belt thats about it then you will have to find some one to run the v-tech to the ecu it you dont want to change the wire harness and yes u need a v-tech ecu like a p-28 or something ok

well, if you've all ready got a vtec car, and just need a block, it'd be as simple as changing the blocks, as the car is all ready set for vtec... lucky you
still not the easiest process ever, but easier because you have less to do.

it can be done ,will have to plug vtec oil feed passeges and mill the head to make it even, find seperate oil pressure feed for the contol solinoid, should be able to find complete build on mimi me swaps
