Well i got brand new tires about a month ago.
and i cant tell from what side it is. it just starts shaking ( not to the point where i cant drive lol).
but if my transmition is messing up it could cause it to shake huh?
cuz when i swaped motors i notices some metal residues sitting where the engine and transmition meet. but i didnt know if it was from the engine ( because the engine was all screwd up) it had broken head gaskets and blown heads and i dont even know what else lol.
next time it shakes ill set it on neutral and see what happens.

while the car is parked jack one side up and grab the tire and see if you can shake it, if it has play try to locate the play. do this to both sides.

If a belt is damaged and breaks. The tire is no longer round. It will get a unusual deformity in the tread area. You have to roll the tire to see it in most cases. But being that the tire is now deformed- it's now out of balance and will vibrate. Sometimes once going fast enough the tire will smooth out. HOW I don't know. How I do know- 30 years of driving experience.
Plus 10 years as a mechanic....

Possibility of a bad alignment, too. You didn't say if you did any recent suspension mods, but when I dropped my car and drove it for a week before alignment, my whole car shook too.
