I have a 09 Honda Civic and am facing a peculiar issue since the past 3~4 months. The car vibrates a lot for the first 5 minutes when I start it in the morning ( engine is cool) . Once the engine temp increases, the vibrations go away and the car is very smooth and silent. I change to Engine oil/oil filter/air filter/spark plug. However, the engine vibrations have not gone away.

I can, Reset the ECU for my self?

 

check to make sure your motor mounts aren't ripped or damaged in any way.
