Default Car won't start, please help!

Last night I tried to start my 91 civic and nothing happened. Assuming the battery was dead I tried to jump it. Still nothing. So that led me to the next thing. The starter. Today I took it off and took it up to auto zone to get it tested and they said everything passed and it was in good working order. I replaced the ignition switch and still nothing. the starter doesnt even click when you turn the key. Any help is appreciated I really need to get this running again.

Do the dash warning lights turn on when the key is in ON(II)? Do the headlights work? Does anything electrical work? If not, have the battery tested. Replace if it's dead.

Everything works except it doesn't click or turnover. I've been told to check the relays and fuses. I will tomorrow. Also will be replacing the battery cables. Kinda corroded. Where is the main relay located? In the engine compartment fuse box or in the car?

Check whether the rubber stopper that presses on the safety starter switch is broken or has fallen out.

Thank you so much. (: She's running again. That diagram helped me tremendously.
