I have a 1997 Civic EX. I had the exhaust replaced from after the catalytic converter back. One day later my check engine light came on. Meineke said it was not from the repair work. Autozone checked the codes and it was something with the oxygen sensors( I do not remember the code numbers). They reset it and the light came on again a day later. I am having trouble believing that the timing is just coincidence. I would love anybody's thoughts or suggestions. Thanks alot!!!

 

you best bet to get rid of CEL is just replace the o2 sensor. it probly was from mieneke tho.
