Arrow CHeck engine light-Have codes need Help

ok so the check engine light came on a few days ago. I took my 97' honda civic ex to autozone. They plugged in and gave me a code reading. A few came back. i got p1399 random cylinder misfire. probable cause- blocked egr passage. Well i found out that i don't have EGR system so thqat not it.
p1300- Multiple cylinder misfire detected
p0302- Cylinder 2 misfire detected
p0304- Cylinder 4 misfire deetected.

And the first probable cause it comes up with is a Vacuum leak affecting on or more cylinders.
Does this sound like a probable cause?
Just to let you know i replaced th spark plugs yesterday and plugged back into autozone and the same codes poped up.
So i know it's not EGR Because i don't have one in my car. And i know it's not the spark plugs. Those are 3 days old.
I recently changed out the distributor with a brand new one and at the same time i changed out the spark plug wires. This was at the beginning of this year, 171,000 miles. i now have 179,000 on my car. so only about 8,ooo miles on these new spark plug wires and on the distributor. so i'm pretty sure it's not my plugs wires or distributor cause those are all new. I'm trying to get to the problem withought spending a lot of money. SO i'm thinking it's a vacume leak . But i'm not sure where to start. somebody please help. where do i start? any ideas? any similar problems.

I'd suspect the wires. Are they aftermarket wires or genuine Honda OEM?

I guess they are aftermarket. I got Accel 8mm spark plug wires. Ultra performance 150/ohms foot. But i checked all the wires and then look good. don't wires normally last longer than 8,000 miles? 8 months? i'm not sure if this is it. what should i be looking for if the wires are bad?

Some (many) aftermarket wires are crap. You can't tell by looking.

so let's just say that the wires are the problem. once i change them out should the check engine light automatically go off or do i need to unhook the cables from the battery to reset the codes?
