Civic 06+, fog lights on headlights off?

Default Civic 06+, fog lights on headlights off?
I have an 09 Civic Si sedan and I am trying to find out if it's possible to have the fog lights on without the headlights being on too. Has anybody made this happen yet? If so, how? Thanks!

The foglights also turn off when you hit the highbeams, (I think this is because of the DOT).
1. Find a DIY for this mod by searching
or
2. Find a JDM foglight dash harness
