Default Civic instrument cluster

I have a 1998 civic DX with a gay *** instrument cluster that doesn't have a tach. The mileage on my car is 42k, so my question is if i get a cluster that has a tach on it is there a way to adjust the odometer to match my old one?

Ummmm....adjusting the odometer is possible, but you gotta be REAL careful whichever way you choose....

You can unbolt and swap out the speedo/odometer unit from one cluster to another, I think there is two or four screws that hold it in from the back.

Just keep your stock cluster and put it back in if you plan to sale it.
