Default Civic Won't Start

I have a 95 Civic. My car has been running fine but after a long distance trip on the weekendmy middle two cylinders weren't firing. So I decided to wait a day and bring it to the garage to get it checked out. The next day when I went to jump in my car it wouldn't start.
The engine turns but it will not fire. I checked all my spark plugs, they are all getting yellow sparks, I checked all my fuses and the fuel pump is working fine.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong with my Civic so I can get it running again? It shouldn't be any trouble with the engine because I just had it rebuilt.

Thanks

Check ur main relay located under the driver sideof the dash. If the fuel pump works, try checking for a pulse from the ecu to the injectors to see if u are recieving fuel to the cylinders.

Check the compression. If the middle two cylinders are still dead it's going to be hard to start in any case. You could also have encountered dirty fuel that is slowly clogging all the injectors, starting with the middle two.
