Default clean throttle body

Would it be worth it to take my throttle body off and clean it manually?

My car has 120k miles on it and I don't think it has been cleaned by previous owner/s. What would the process be for doing so, is it more complicated than just taking a towel and wiping everything clean? Also is there a polish that would be beneficial to use on it?

I used seafoam through the intake manifold but I'm sure it wouldn't do as good of a job as taking it off and manually cleaning and polishing it. Would this also be something to consider doing?
