I need to figure out what kind of bulbs/bulb covers I would use to change my dash from Orange to Blue !

No matter what year/model, in order to get blue you will have to switch to LEDs.

I have an 02 DX and it was all orange as well. I swapped the instrument cluster with that of an 01 LX to get the tach, and now it is a bit green/yellow, but I think that is from the yellow light from the bulbs without the orange filter on the gauge faces.. Putting Blue LEDs from www.superbrightleds.com will change that. Then for the climate controls you can buy the kit from www.ledautomotive.com..
