If someone could please help me I would really appreciate it. I have a 99 dx and the cluster is practically dead. Speedometer is gone odometer is gone. The only thing that works is the fuel Gage. Will a 97 integra ls cluster fit with a 99 civic dx??

 

no you will need to rewire the cluster to fit your harness then it will work.

 

You can swap in any cluster from a 96-00 Civic (and some year CRV's, but I forget which.) The Integra cluster takes a whole lot of rewiring. Danomatic93 did one for his EG Civic and it turned out great, but it looked like a lot of work.
