Default Clutch loose, won't go into gear - help!

This morning when I go turn on my car, step on the clutch and it's loose... tried to put the car into gear with the motor on and it won't go. I stepped on the clutch repeatedly a few times and was finally able to get the car into gear, but still can't drive because it's barely separating from the flywheel, at least it feels that way, I would barely let go of the clutch and the car stalls. The car was driving fine the yesterday, this just kind of happened over night............. ? Could be something with the clutch cylinder.... I'm not very experienced with cars. Any help, advice, suggestions would be appreciated. Car is a 00 civic with b16 transmission, competition clutch new and installed just last year...... !

Is the fluid level low in the master cylinder reservoir?

Check for a fluid leak above the clutch pedal, the master cylinder on the firewall, and the slave cylinder on the clutch housing in front of the radiator.
