01 civic shifting into 3rd gear will grind unless clutch is held in for awhile or under 3000 rpms
It seems like the gear keeps spinning for awhile after the clutch is pushed in, this is the only gear that does this at all. Is it a transmission problem ,or someone told me to check my fluids or adjust the clutch. Any help at all would be great

That's a known Honda problem. You need your syncro replaced. Meanwhile you can use heavier oil in your tranny to minimize this. I believe someone reported that using GM syncromesh oil almost solved the problem for him.
