first of all my car is a 97' civic ex 5-speed. im getting the engine code po108 (map/baro circuit high input) need some help.

 

The problem could be the MAP sensor itself, or also possibly wires serving the sensor or the ECU.

If you have access to a scan tool (e.g., Actron) that reads Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP), then you could perform the test described in the picture and determine whether your MAP sensor is bad.

If you wish, I would be happy to post the remaining P0108 troubleshooting procedure, which also includes tests of MAP sensor wires and the ECU.
