harness will work but youll have to run vtec wires, and youll need a P28 ECU.
im kinda confused as to what motor you are swapping to. there's no such thing as a JDM D16Z6. Theres a USDM D16Z6, and the JDM equivalent is D15B. Also, the D16Z6 comes in the Si for its year, so any D16Z6 tranny is equivalent to an Si tranny. however, the D15B does have an LSD which makes its tranny different from the D16Z6 tranny.

heres what that dudes add says :JDM D16A- this is the rare JDM version of the D16Z6. It has slightly higher compression than the US version, and the owner before me installed a proformance camshaft.I also have the D series SI transmission that goes with it. I'm asking $600 for it.

you think thats a good buy?? correct me if i'm wrong but i got a D15 in it now , those engine mounts will fit with that motor right?? ... well when i reach that part bout bleeding the clutch look for me post to ask for help haha !! oh and dude i've read some of ur post mannn dude u explain soo so much ur awesome man !!thanks

oh alright. yea the D16A is the same as the D16Z6. its also referred to as the SOHC ZC. the engine mounts will work. you can use the the P28 ECU with it, since its the same as a D16Z6. bleeding the clutch you basically take some sort of tubing/hose and put it on the clutch bleed bolt. then you loosen the bolt, and have someone pump the clutch pedal. while this is happening, make sure the clutch reservoir stays above the minimum mark. you should only have to pump the clutch once or twice to bleed the clutch if you already have fluid filling the lines. i assume since you are changing the transmission that the line will be emptied. in this case you will fill up the cylinder until the lines full and the master cylinder is full, and then bleed the system as earlier mentioned. you might have to pump the clutch quite a bit and go through a little fluid to get all the air out of the system since it was empty.
