Hey guise i have a 170k miles auto honda civic ex and im doing maintenance for it to last 300 miles. However i dont want it to look like a piece of **** cause it as some small rust holes (not rust all the way through) and the paint is coming off. No major dents though just small bumps on the fenders and hood.

or should i just get a body kit i just want it to look clean and new, nothing ricey.

I also have a semi blown head gasket, and will probably have to get a new one.

any ideas what i should do? best economical option? or should i sell the car???
