Please help me replace my broken wiper stalk (switch) with a new one. I don't know how to pull out the steering wheel since it has an airbag. I don't want to deploy the airbag and be embarrased. please help me out. and don't laugh because i am a girl thank you so much.... maybe i'll help you one day with your problem!

 

There should be screws that go in from the bottom of the steering column (just behind the steering wheel). They should go through the bottom column cover and into the top one. Taking these out and tilting the steering column down as far as possible should allow the covers to come off

 

It's supposed to be good practice to disarm the airbag. - disconnect both battery terminals and wait for 3 minutes, this should prevent anything setting off the airbag.
