pull out the floor, trace it on wood or ur medium of choice, cut it out, cut the holes for the speakers, run wire under carpet untill you get underneith, wire up the subs, drop the floor in, screw in the subs and your good to go.

doing what you want would require fiberglass and i would highly recommend that a shop do it for you

all you have to do is build a rectangular box out of mdf that will fit in the spare tire area. The box should be built to the sub's specs and the top should be flush with the floor. Then cut a piece that would replace the existing floor and cut a hole for the sub.make sure the floor is sealed to the box and screw in the sub.

i've never personally done it so i don't have pics. Pictures would make this much easier to understand. Just make sure that there is a sealed box under the floor.

I attempted to make a box that fit into the spare tire area about 6 months ago. Sigracer said the exact same thing to me. He is 100% right. I finished making the box, put it in, wired up the sub, and it sounded like complete ****. Needless to say, I trashed the little project box, bought a pre-fabbed box for $20, and I have never been happier.
