D15B7, you mean, right?

For D15B7, D15B8, D15Z1, and D16Z6 torque them in this order

8 6 2 4 10
9 3 1 5 7
(front of car)

In 2 steps:

1. torque all in order above to 22 ft-lb
2. torque all in order above to, depending on the engine, 47 ft-lb (D15B7, D15B8) or 53 ft-lb (D16Z6, D15Z1)

After about 10 heat cycles of the engine remove the valve cover and check the torque to make sure they're still at the final torque spec... tighten back to specs if necessary.
