Default d16y7 head question.

I'm giving my d16y7 head to my brother and i was wondering would it fit on a 1.5 block?

no but he needs to use a Y7 timing belt

no the Y7 has a down draft throttle body and it is a major bottleneck in airflow

so which one should i tell him to put on his 1.5 block? a) keep the stock manifold. or b) put the d16y7 manifold on. Those are the two choices he have.
