I know, I'm so stoked. The funny thing was, is that I met this guy doing cal trans, and I saw him at this wack *** drug class that I have to go to. ( cal trans - picking up trash/hauling heavy **** off the side off the 14, 210, and 5 freeways as a way to "payback" society.) Is there any other goodies I should/could indulge in while my engine is going to be out?

Edit: Bro, your car is seriously so ****ing clean, it makes me proud to own a civic knowing theres somebody like you that has a super clean civic keeping the pride alive.

just out of curiosity, what does an engine swap usually run ?? do they typically just do the tranny while they are in there as well ?

Yes, and just to update everybody who doesn't care, I'm going with my original mechanic and he's going to suck it up and do y8 swap.
