Default delayed windshield wipers dont work

like the title says the delayed wiper switch dont work. the others two settings do though, dont know what to check, could it be a broken component in the switch, never had one apart yet. it just stopped working one day but the other two settings still work fine, its really annoying when it is just starting to rain, either really fast or nothing.

Could be bad switch or integrated control unit. Start by checking the switch:

All wiper functions are protected by a single fuse (#14), so a blown fuse is not likely the problem here.
