Default DEQ PROBLEM

i have a JDM motor. cant make it pass DEQ. any help or suggestion will be help and thank. i got all the engine light fix, new cat, and o2 sensor. all injector clean up. the only problem i think is because of the JDM Motor. what do you guys think?

So apparantly you can have too little CO which i was unaware of. Any way, a low CO emissions means your engine is running lean (too much air, not enough fuel). A high CO emission means your engine is running rich (too much fuel, not enough air). Low CO can be caused by incorrect timing, fuel system problem, or if one of your emission control systems is malfunctioning.

My friend once told me that if you put pure alcohol (100%) in your gas tank you will pass. Whether or not this is actually true i do not know.

where can i find 100% alcohol. how much will i need. i have a 1989 honda civic hb. thanks dude your a help.
