Default different lugs?

Just bought a 93 civic LX, was looking at the tires on it because it needs now ones badly.... 2 things... one, i noticed there are 2 sizes on the car. 195/70R14 on the back and 195/60R14 on the front. thats not really that big of a deal (i should go with the 195/60R14 right?) but heres the thing that worries me... the 2 back wheels and the driver's side front are 5 lug wheels, the other is a 4 lug.....wtf.... what needs to be changed to correct this or is it not really that big of a deal for now (just a daily driver for the time being)
