Disconnecting an ECU wiring harness

RE: Disconnecting an ECU wiring harness
do you need the ECU or the wiring harness?
if you just need the ECU it is located under your passenger side carpet where the floorboard meets the firewall, the plugs pull out of the ECU just like any other harness connector in the car. Push the little button down and pull out.
if you need the wiring harness and dont want to cut it , it runs behind the AC/Heater box to the main fuse box and also out of the firewall in about 3 different places, took me about an hour and a half to get my complete wiring harness out of my civic without cutting any of it
