1998 Honda Civic door handle broke and I can not open the door or remove the interior panel. Any way to remove the handle or panel with the door closed?

I don't think so. You can't even open it from the outside? You may have to cut your panel up.

 

u might be able to roll the window down and manually pull the lever to open the door in order repair the door handle.

 

I got my driver's door handle ripped off about a year ago when some douche tried to break into my car. I got inside the car (through the passenger door), and managed to get the trim off without opening the door (it took a lot of wiggling the trim to get the clips to come undone. After that, I removed the entire door handle assembly and replaced it. If you need a new one, I'm sure you can find a door handle at a junk yard (I couldn't where I live), a Honda dealership (for an arm and a leg), or at http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/... Ya i had to take off the door panel with the door closed in my old car. It is possible, just take a wile to pop it all off. You can do it tho.
