just the window crank manual handle?
very simple with a window crank clip removal tool. or if you got a small flat screwdriver you can also get the clip off BUT its alot harder to catch that inside clip since your pretty much working blind!

the clip can be on 2 ways.... either inline with the handle or reversed from the handle if ya know what i mean...

Push the door panel trim down and look for the metal clip in the hub area of the handle. It's just a bent piece of round spring wire. If you buy the new handle first you can see where the clip goes. You need to pull the clip out and then the handle will slide off the shaft. Like addiction said, there is a special tool to do that but you can usually improvise with a screwdriver or pliers.
