Driver side rear wheel locked up

Driver side rear wheel locked up

Hey I have a '95 Civic Dx and when I went to drive it this morning the driver side rear wheel locked up completely and will not roll at all. Anyone have any ideas as to the source of the wheel lock up?

First, I have to ask...you disengaged the parking brake, right? If so, how far did you drive it before it happened, or did it never start rolling?

if it is stuck try opening the bleeder screw and see if it releases
