Default Driver's Side power lock not working

My driver's side power lock is not working anymore unless I use it manually by hand. The other 3 locks work great...just driver's side broken. Anyone had this problem before???

2004, 4 door LX, auto

You likely have a bad lock actuator in the driver's door. After you remove the door panel, the picture shows how to troubleshoot the actuator in an 01 Civic (likely similar for 04 Civic).
