I bought a turbo civic gsr that is missing the ecu and map sensor...can I plug and play these items if they are already tuned for forced induction civics for my model and year?guy keeps telling me no, that it has to be dynoed and tuned...but companies already do that with the ones I am looking at...also what about boost controllers and manual fuel regulators? Please help
