I have a d16B7 with ECE P06 giving me a CEL code #36. I did some research and found that this has mostly has to do with Traction Control & relates to throttle control/cut. Sometimes while stopped the engine will idle up and down and acts as if it's going to cut out when I begin to accelerate. Also once in awhile it wont start and I've noticed fuel economy has decreased.

Down by the ECU next to the 2 pin connector to check the CEL there is also a blue 3 pin connector which I cannot find where to plug in at, but I'm assuming it may have something to do with this issue? I'll post pics if needed.

Update: Removed TPS plug and run much smoother.
