Electric window problems

Hi

I have a 2000 1.4 civic sport, i have a problems with the windows opening and closing, they are very very very slow.

I have checked the main battery but cant find any problems with that

can anyone help

The windows are possibly sticking in the two window channels behind the door panel. Lubrication of the channels might help.

My wife and I are having the same problem with her 2000 Civic EX. Has anyone found any more solutions?
