Emissions Malfuction Indicator

Hello - I have a 2000 Civic LX and I'm trying to figure out how to reset the emissions malfuncation indicator. The problem that cause the indicator has been fixed (upper oxygen sensor due to cracked exhaust manifold).

Does anyone how the skinny on this without taking it back to the shop??
