ok i got a 1996 honda civic lx and when i rev it up to 3000 RPM it makes a rattleing noise by the engine and i cant find what it is help!!

Check the exhaust system for loose heat shields.

most likely the front exhaust manifold shield, the oem bolts usually rust through and shear off at the top, causing the shield to vibrate loosely.

+1; a very easy fix; get two clamps and clamp it down.

Could be a bad rod bearing.
