Default engine problem while warming up

I've been having a slight problem with my 94 ex coupe. Whenever I start it cold, and it's warming up, it idles funny, sort of bouncing in between 800 and 1000 rpm. It almost feels like the car's gonna stall, but it doesn't, and as soon as it warms up, it stops semi-stalling and idles smoothly. It's not a huge deal, since the car runs perfectly after the first 30 seconds to a minute, I was just hoping someone might have some insight into what's wrong. Anyone experience a similar problem? Or have any idea what might be causing it?

New pcv valve would help too if it hasn't been changed in awhile, really cheap and usually fairly simple to install. They get clogged overtime and helps to just get it replaced like every 10,000 miles.

My 94 DX does that too. When I start it when it is cold, the RPM's go all theway up to like 2500, and then they bounce between 1500-2000 as soon as I start it up, and then when I turn it off and turn it back on a bit later, it idles between 600-900 and it feels like it is going to die. I got new spark plugs- NGK's, and new Accel plug wires, and that helped a lot.

could be in need of a new o2 sensor, that usually cause irradic idle when cold, and stalling
