Default engine stuttering

well something has happened, and i'm not sure what. for the past couple of weeks, when i start the car, it would stutter all the way up to about 2500rpm's. i checked all the fluid levels and they are fine. but i don't know what it could be. and also the car will just be revving up and down sometimes when i start the car too. the stuttering will only last for about 10 seconds of driving and the revving will happen quite often. any ideas? i was thinking maybe the iacv but i'm not sure. and also i haven't touched the throttle cable at all and sometimes the car will idle really low, like 200 rpm. so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

it could be your iacv. either it's bad or just clogged. try cleaning it w/ carb cleaner.

I'm having a similar problem... why would you use carb cleaner if there's no carb... is there?

Seems like a decent writeup, and explains the use of carb cleaner. They suggest brake cleaner or carb cleaner. Sorry, but when it comes to fuel delivery, use only carb cleaner. Make sure you let it dry.
