Default Engine swap

I have a 2002 Honda Civic LX. it has the 1.7SOHC non v-tec. I found a b16 and tranny swap from a Prelude in my local newspaper for $1200. How much work would it take and what would i need to do an engine swap?

to much, any 7th gen civic (01 to 05) only have one option when swapping and that is the K20A

Really? Sweet. I found a JDM K20 for 5k. 220 hp and 170 tq. An suggestoins where i could get a cheaper one?
