Default Engine swap question

Hello,
Would a 1.5L 16V engine from a 94 Civic be a direct swap to a 91 Civic DX? (the 91's TBI would be kept - Only the shortblock would be swapped).
Thank you.
Mikel

why do you want that swap, are you looking for a replacement motor? or more performance?

The mounts aren't the same, and I neither are the blocks. It might bolt up, but it won't just drop back in the car unless you can transfer all the mounting hardware (check the bolt patterns on the two blocks).

According to this link, it seems that the 94 engine is a D15B7 and my 91's is a D15B2. Can the block/head/rotating ***'y be that different?
Thanks,
Mikel

For the record, the engine fits and runs very nicely. The main difference was the location of the fan switch.
