Default FOG LIGHT HELP

I have an '02 civic ex....just got some PIAA fog lamps model L-105E and I wanna put them on ASAP. Any suggestions would help regarding this issue: I don't know how to do it myself, but if its relatively easy I am capable. I know you need to get past the fire wall, but dont know the best way to do it. Is it worth my time, or should I just throw a few bucks down and have them insalled bys ome shop? Any idea on cost if I do that, or any suggestions on where might be the best places to have them installed? Thanks for the help.
